We have a separate side of the trailer business and that is “Wood Fired Kitchens” We sell and distribute pizza ovens all over the US. Country Load Trailer Sales has a full service shop…. So, we decided to build a pizza trailer of our own! This was built from the ground up. We constructed the frame, added the blue skin, and did the interior. Everything you see we built in our shop. We overbuilt the trailer with a heavier frame than normal and heavy duty 14ply tires. We added a hydraulic jack for ease on the front. Lots of exterior lighting was added for safety on the road and being visible at events! This thing is stout. It was a fun winter project! The oven is a full wood fired kitchens oven that is large enough to cook 4 pizzas in at a time. Duel Fueled Propane or Wood Cooking. The inside has a cooking area of 40’’x36’’ The kitchen is all brand new and no expenses have been spared. We had the kitchen certified by our local Food Inspector and everything is good to go. Starlink is mounted on the top to power the POS system. Cash register,receipt printer, card reader, the brand we used was “Square” included. Generator on the front of the trailer powers the whole thing. It is gas and propane powered. 110v and 220v. The air conditioner is 220v (17 Seer 12k BTU, mini split with heat pump condenser) 3 Basin sink with required hand washing sink. There is a propane hot water heater. 2 door fridge and the topping prep station is refrigerated Comes with a Spar Mixer Model Sp-22HI with cheese grater attachment. There is a SomerSet dough Roller that was $3000! (Model CDR-1100) This really speeds up the process! There is a Gemi Heat fan ordered from Italy to take the smoke from the oven. 5 people can comfortably be working.
